2. DeMaurice Smith and the NFLPA are in a no-win situation. The NFLPA and Smith know they are not going to get a deal like the last one, therefore the best they can hope for is something close, which is why Smith is putting on such a show. It's like being the defense attorney for someone who got caught red-handed- you know he's not getting away with it, so you may as well pull out all the stops and try anything to at least make a name for yourself even if you will lose the case.

this is the reason why you dont hire a lawyer to represent you....he is not even trying to get a deal done he is putting on a horse and pony show....and for that we thank you...:mad:

sounds like he wants to get paid more than his boss...

...oh and he is talking abut a dispute between millionares...
