I mean, I can lock it if you'd like. Let it sink down never to be seen again. Heck, I'm willing to delete it for you. It's up to you.

You can keep bumping it up if you'd like, hoping by making noise we'll overlook the whole thing kinda like my brother does with farts.

Do what you want, I could make suggestion for what you can do with it, but you would ban me for it.

Ethics =/= Law =/= Hippocratic Oath

You will never get the three to agree, and can't get upset because people try and fail.

He was in a vegetative state, I don't think it mattered if he was at home or at Disneyland. Doctors were right - they didn't refuse to let the kid go, just refused to perform an unnecessary procedure. What if the kid died on the table, would the parents sue them for "deliberately killing him early"?

Sucky situation, but no need to make it worse. He can be "surrounded by loved ones" at the hospital. In fact I'm pretty sure that happens all the time.

Oh wait this is about government health care and the impending doom of socialism sorry

I think you are wrong. The article seems to say the doctors refused to perform the procedure.

One of the few times I agree with CWG.

This isn't a "death panel" example. I hate it and it sucks, but really there's nothing that can be done to save the child.

its a shame, regardless of where it happens. I can see the parents wanting to take their child home...nothing wrong with that! The doctor's not wanting to give the baby a tracheotomy because it could lead to infection makes about as much sense as rubbing alcohol for lethal injections!

You mean the fact that the government doctors won't let a dying child, nothing can stop that, go home to die. Yeah, damn Fox news and facts.

sorry, emotional appeal is not a real argument. doctors force patients to stay in hospital all the time here.
