But its still just words. The proof will be in how well it works, or doesn't.

Obama had a WTF moment as well.
He stuttered for what seemed like 5 minutes.
Chick in the red coat translated questions.
"O thanks for sticking me in the group, I love that spending/stimulus bill, why don't republicans agree with everything you do like I do, PS give me penis?"

Its bad, but we can come out down the road better for it.
I have tossed this out a few times and will use it again for perspective.
From just after the crash of 87 to the summer of 08 the Dow % wise had gone up 447%!!!
Guys, thats just freakishly GREAT. That can't keep going on.
Look at it this way, its like a guy in a town who sells one thing. He does such a good job that after so many years everyone in his town has bought his product.
So what does he do? He either moves to a new location, offer more products or goes broke because he has no more customers.
That guy is the US right now. Now we haven't sold all the products per se but the concepts and culture we have almost.
In a crazy way other countries getting a taste of this freedom in some ways is coming back to haunt us. There was something cool and rebellious for some to buy American stuff.
Now the allure isn't the same, not because the product is worse, but because its so easy to obtain.

also, you wanna talk about fear mongering?? jesus this is about as bad as it gets. that alone will not help turn the economy around.
this "press conference" was an embarassment. ive never heard so many vague non-answers to questions in my life. how about we get someone in there that actually knows what he's talking about, rather than someone who wants to "play" president.
