Your combine - bench press

I never bench press, prefer dumbbell press and dips. Bench press is probably the most over used lift out there. That said, I could maybe do 5 or 6?

I changed routines every 4 weeks, actual prefer dumbbells as you can go deeper in the press, also works on those stabilizing muscles more. More freedom to hit different angles, particularly good for getting all three heads of the triceps.

Damn 5 or 6?

That's not a lot. I think every guy should be able to at least bench their weight a few times.
