Your combine - bench press

about a year ago I could do 4-5 reps. I screwed up my shoulder so now I don't even bench press anymore.

Most I ever maxed in college on bench was 450 lbs. not sure what that would translate into with 225 reps. I used to do sets of 10 with 225 - 275 lbs.

Squat max was 565

Incline bench max was 325

Power clean max was 315

Today, my max would be about 8 lbs on all those lifts.

Incline bench max was 325

Power clean max was 315

Today, my max would be about 8 lbs on all those lifts.

At a 450lb max, you were probably at least at 25x 225lbs.

I'm exactly backwards... I'm way stronger now than when I was younger... I didn't really start lifting until I was like 24 or so... and didn't really get into it until a few years after that. I work harder now at 38 than I ever did when I was younger. If I hadn't torn my rotator cuff last year, I think I would be up to at least a 350 max by now...

In high school we had our own combine, I did it 12 times. Today I wouldn't even want to attempt it once, I haven't lifted weights in years.

21 now .. I just started back lifting 2 weeks ago and I could only get 7 then.
