Both parties are guilty of gerrymandering; and all it is is a political process. See: Texas in the 90's.

The good thing for Dems is that historically they get more support from counting actual people, Republicans get more support from not counting actual people, so at least the Dems are actually approaching the problem from a more honest perspective (in theory).

Oh yeah, you mean the forms filled out so the guys would get paid more, yet are useless for actual voting?

I understand that, but....they want to include billions of dollars for this group in a stimulus package? Even you have to admit that is ridiculous.
