trend micro virus.

That poo does not seem to work, and I need a spy, virus, malware program that works better that that.

Is there anything out there.

P.S. i downloaded something a few year ago on my other pc from major geeks, and that seemed to work pretty well, i just can't remember the name.

Any ideas where to turn.

Copy paste from the other thread on this:

As for anti-virus software, never stay with just one. There are plenty of good free ones out there, but not all cover everything. I would run one, such as AVG and pay for the premium version. The freeware version does not look for the really mean viruses like rootkits.

Once a week, run Spybot S&D, ATF Cleaner, Malware Bytes and SuperAntiSpyware to keep a squeaky clean computer.
