NFLPA dissolves, becomes trade association

Owners to lockout players.

Antitrust lawsuits to be filed by players via Judge Doty

Judge Doty may block the lockout and 2010 CBA may rules may apply....really depends....lot's of litigation and a long time until this is resolved...let's hope Judge Doty blocks the lockout and reinstates 2010 CBA rules for the year.....

Hate to say but our best chance now for a resolution is for congress/senators to get involved. Leaving up to attorneys and the court system will take forever because a quick resolution is not cost effective to them and they will put their fees first.

fug De Smith. The owners kept giving and giving, but he has refused to give in to his demands whatsoever. That's not negotiating, that's attempting to hold the league hostage.

As far as I'm concerned...

To the NFL, the owners, and the NFLPA:

This is virgin ground.....nobody knows what's going to happen...best case is 2010 CBA is reinstated while the litigation takes place.....
