BTW...as a side note, after commercial he is going to talk about why Cam Netwon to Carolina is almost automatic based on some info he has....take it for what it's worth.

Sorry to derail the topic, but can you summarize what he said? Curious what his info is.

Shelton didn't play the minimum of 4 years so he doesn't get a pension. Also, the pension is from age 55 and on normally (there are special situations they can take it early and it affects the payout).

Now Rashard Mendenhall has chimed in...

@AdrianPeterson Anyone with knowledege of the slave trade and the NFL could say that these two parallel eachother

LOL, these guys really have no concept of how lucky they are - do they?

AP and Mendenhall should "emancipate" themselves and get a job like mine where I make a fraction of what they do and my employer can fire me at any time for pretty much any reason with no additional compensation.

Someone show me where I can sign up to be enslaved for a minimum of 500k per year...

Nothing new...he was just basing it off what Tom Sorenson is reporting.

Seems he does get the $9K pension but due to injury so it is a bit misleading..more of a disability thing it seems. ...he is suing to get $18K+ per month. Didn't know he was working at Walgreens to try and make ends meet.

If true, AP just made my list of people I will not shed a tear over if they die in a wildebeest stampede sometime in the near future.

I guess peterson didn't get much out of attending class at oklahoma nor did mendenhall at illinois. I'm sure bill cosby is somewhere shaking his head right now.
