Clausen sucked last year. Pretty tough to argue that.

But is the utter mess of last year's season a fair thing to judge him by?

Regardless of what we think, a couple of guys whose opinions actually matter would say "no" to that idea.

Jeff Lewis could be dead for all I know and I'd still take him over Clausen at this point. At least the team doesn't hate him.

I like Jimmy but as a rookie QB who was not NFL ready yes he sucked last year...Vick had to ride the bench his rookie year, Jimmy should of too.

The facts are clear, he did suck last year. Problem is that the team did as well.

The real question is not whether he sucked in 2010 but whether he will suck going forward. At this point, that is the pertinent issue.
