They're already the biggest bandwagon team in America, why do you need anymore?

I just wanted you guys to feel like winners for once, you don't have to join though.

I would definitely put the Atlanta Braves and ECU Pirates football in front of NC State football in that original sports order

Jordan is actually putting this team in the right direction, and almost always addresses the fans about their concerns with his team's shortcomings.

It took one of the most historically bad seasons in Panthers history to even get a thank you note from Jerry.

Let's cut Jordan some slack here.

Based on what? Yes, he has made some terrible decisions as an owner/GM, but you cannot fault the guy for actually trying to put a winning product on the floor. The problem is, Jordan mortgaged the future to build a squad last season that barely got into the playoffs. That's a whole lot better than the Bobcats previous owner, Bob Johnson who could have cared less how the team performed.

And don't get me started on the Lakers. Without one of the most lopsided trades in sports history, Kobe's still probably searching for that first ring post-Shaq.

You really don't know what makes Jordan a POS? We can start with his gambling addiction that got his father murdered and continue from there.

You can talk about "what ifs" all you want but none of that matters. The Lakers have won 2 consecutive titles and are on the brink of a third. With Andrew Bynum getting better each year and the supporting cast they have, there is no telling when they will slow down.

Jordan is far from a POS I wouldn't call someone who is worth around 500 million dollars and built his own umpire on his own.

Really? He's made numerous donations, and his a piece of sh*t person? Sometimes you really never know who or what you're talking about.

Shaq is a duesch

Like when you said this in another thread, Shaq is one of most kindest people you'll ever meet(I've met him) and paid for a little girl who raped funeral.

Sometimes you need to look on the outside before you judge others.

Did you mean I have to look on the inside before I judge others?

That's a very nice thing Shaq did but he's still a duesch.

I've met Jordan plenty of times and I have friends that are regular buddies of his through some car dealerships and golf here in SoCal. I don't care how much money he donates to charity to avoid paying taxes, he's a POS. I know he's a local hero in NC but he's a very bad person and most people that have more than one encounter with him don't like him.

What makes Jordan a POS is his attitude to always be the best at everything he does and his extremely competitive nature. It's why he has that gambling problem in the first place.

Yes, he comes across as a stuck-up, ungrateful, arrogant person (watch his HOF speech.) But without that attitude, he never would have become the greatest basketball player of all time. Kobe is the closest we have come to MJ since then because he has that same tenacity and arrogance, just not on MJ's level.

Does being uber-competitive really make you a "bad" person?

I'll give you the Braves, they do have a huge following in the region, but ECU Football? :smilielol5::rofl::out: You've got to be effing with me, right?

NC State has the most attendance of any school in the ACC, the largest traveling fanbase in the ACC and the third largest private alumni club in the nation. But yeah, the Butt Pirates are more popular :sosp:

No, but maybe you have to be a bad person to be as "uber-competitive" as Jordan. Plain and simple, he's a jerk. Greatest basketball player ever. Maybe the greatest athlete ever. As a person, he's awful.

I wouldn't call Michael Jordan's gambling an addiction. The man has 1/2 billion dollars & owns a pro sports team. He might go to Vegas one weekend & lose $100k, so what, he's Air Jordan.

....you Kobe fanboys are just hatin'
