I'm not currently subscribed to HBO. How much is available to watch on demand through twc? I won't to rewatch some if possible.
All of season 1 and 2 are currently on demand on TWC - in HD too. My guess is they will keep them up through 3's season premiere.

there is a site out there, last time I checked, that you could download/watch season 2...
I can't remember the name off the top of my head, but I most definitely wouldn't google icefilms or anything... no telling what that might turn up...

So after watching it 4 or 5 times, I'm thinking.

Man, I'm so looking forward to this season. Somehow I managed not to spoil myself of what's upcoming.
If you haven't read Storm of Swords and haven't read any of the spoilers in this thread or elsewhere, all I can say is buckle up. These next two seasons are going to be fugging ridiculous.

Like making Stannis cheat on his wife or just deleting Jeyne Westerling.

All I can think about is what they're gonna change I don't like lol
Like making Stannis cheat on his wife or just deleting Jeyne Westerling.
hey, at least it isn't Walking Dead... with 85% of the transition being completely different... lol
FWIW I think HBO has done a great job making things stick true to the book. Sure, they have to make a change here or there for time/casting purposes/to explain something better than offering no explanation, but they've done a great job so far...
The Stannis/Mel thing was always just implied in the books... It makes for better TV, I suppose, to present it the way they did... I don't have an issue with that. It is kinda like Renly being gay... You saw undertones of it in the books but the show just went ahead and confirmed it.

Agreed. As long as the over arching story stays true, then some of the minor details like conflating characters and further explaining a character's sexuality (it is HBO after all, got to have weird sex poo in it like on Boardwalk Empire when that dude gets fugged by his mom... literally) doesn't bother me.
As long as it hits all the important plot points, and stay true to the story (which they have so far) than they can't go too wrong.
