Oh I agree, it might as well be a covered bridge I just can't imagine what kind of frickus that's going to cause! I also wonder what the rules are for working on a federal interstate like that. You can't just detour that amount of traffic down main street

This is just a list of request doesnt mean all of it will be done. Winston Salem really need to get US 52 upgraded and business 40 fixed. We have the shittiest roads in the state.

There's the best thing on the list. It will no doubt create jobs and be the start of the biggest thing the Charlotte area needs - good mass transit.
