I guarantee you they're gonna make him a guard in the NFL. Not bad for a 7th.

Very good pick. Depth at the position, Mayock had him in the 3rd round. Should have chemistry with Newton. Walterfootball says he could possibly start at RG for us this year. I like it.

The nfl network panel was just talking about if it wasn't for his workouts he would've been a third rounder

A true steal at this point

Can play LT or RT or G. Really nice pick. A utility guy :)

244. Lee Ziemba, OT/G, Auburn
Fantastic value pick. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Lee Ziemba makes his way into the starting lineup at right guard during the 2011 season. (Pick Grade: A)

Shocked that Ziemba dropped that far. Nice value for the Panthers.

I heard Gene Chizek on WFNZ and while talking about Cam and Fairley, they asked who was the next best guy on the team from an NFL perspective and without hesitation mentioned Zemba.

Good for Cam to have a familiar face in the locker room as well

Yeah, I like it. I was actually wanting us to pick him up with our first 6th rounder.

Nice. Could be an excellent backup and insurance for Otah. I think he fits best there in our scheme. If not should make a solid G. All in all the only pick I have beef with is the Wilson pick (would have went Green). Everyone else I wanted pre-draft (which almost never happens to me). I think I like RR's influence on our drafting.
