I know we could use him as trade bait but if it was up to me me I would stay for atleast one more year. I just can't picture Steve Smith in another uniform. I mean his face resembles the logo....think about it, he will always be my favorite Panther!!!

I feel like we've had this topic once already...

If he can be content I'd love to see him stay since I believe he has some good years left in him. If, however, he is malcontent and will just be mouthing off at whoever is playing QB this while while not performing to his ability at the same time I think all parties would be better off if he was traded.

Smitty doesn't know where he would be traded and if he would have chemistry with that QB. He has as much opportunity to build chemistry with Newton or even Clausen than he does with any other QB in the game.

He's the heart and soul of this team. I most def want him to stay. If he wants to leave, though, I wont be mad. If he stays with us or if he's on another team, he'll still be my favorite player.
