Do you seriously consider that a valid argument?

That video is from a 3 hr documentary put out by the BBC, way to just discount something because of a stupid bias.

Better get used to it, a lot of that goes around on here. They'll dismiss whatever just "because," and without giving any of it the time of day. They actually think these clowns on TV offer a perspective more legitimate than insiders who have worked within the system. Pretty sad honestly.

Since when did the fact that hes a former government official that worked under 3 presidents make someone honest?

Since when did working in government make anyone honest, including the president? You can't discount it one way and not the other. What does he possibly have to gain from this?

He has money to gain. He does write and sell books and this is a good way to get name recognition.

ps I never said working in government made anyone honest You are the one that implied he had more credibility because he worked as a government official

The fact that he would be in a position to have access to such information if it were indeed true makes him more credible. Not, explicitly that he was a government employee.

Plus the fact that he is risking perjury charges if he was to indeed testify under false pretenses. If his claims are true, that will be the least of his worries, should they get legs. Look at how long it took for Benazir Bhutto to get offed after she said he was dead.
