I was getting on the bus from the daily parking decks to the termainal at Charlotte-Douglas at 6am this morning. Coach Rivera was getting off the bus. He must be commuting in from Chicago every Monday.
All I said was "Good morning coach and good luck this season."
That is all. No jock sniffing stories, we didn't talk for hours over coffee, and he didn't ask me to come out of retirement to play RG.

I'd personally like to run into Coach but not to rain on his day. My wife broke it down to me very well the other day. Her exact words... "Honey, it's scary how much time you put into making decisions that aren't yours to make." Sometimes she is pretty smart. Let's just sit back and watch what coach can do for Charlotte. I know he's a no BS type of guy and it's exactly what these young guys need to motivate them.
