makes me ask the question...seriously...can a guy race in NASCAR without a valid license?

sure can

my question is: he was already on probation with nascar for being a dick, but they've already said they arent going to do anything. why?

?:confused:?:confused:

And btw driving drunk is way way worse than driving 3x speed limit

Let me explain, .08 is legally drunk and 45 was the speed limit. So your saying going 135 is worse than driving with a b.a.c. of .024??

There are more deaths on the highways due to speed than to alcohol.

honestly i'd have a hard time obeying the speed limit if i spent three days a week driving 100-200 mph. didnt dale sr give some lady the bump and run for driving too slow back in the day?

regardless, its the law, so anyone breaking it should get the penalty.

A Nascar Driver at 128 is probably safer than your average soccer mom with a blackberry

KE=(1/2)mv^2

That's the problem here folks. If you don't understand the disastrous consequences that would have occurred in an accident at those speeds, then I can't help you.
