True, but that probably has something to do with the fact that the number of people who speed are greater than the number of people who drive drunk.

The stretch of Perth Rd. that is 45 mph is like a mile and a half at most, isn't it? Blind curves and hills too IIRC

I think if we control for those going 128 on a residential road, it comes out pretty clear and convincingly.
