They say that women don't really want men to give them their opinions, they just want to hear their own opinions reinforced to them in a deeper voice. Well, I think that's what's going on with liberals. Obama speaks to them with that smooth, deep voice and they swoon. Oh Barry...you say all the right things....

And he wants the phoney "assault weapon" ban permanently re-instituted to stop a supposed flow of guns into Mexico. Mexico? Hahaha. What, tired of beating the old "guns from Maryland and Virginia are flowing into the nation's capitol" drum?

you may disagree with the ban, but the flow of guns to mexico is anything but "supposed."

The "Assault Weapons ban" Is certainly one of the biggest jokes in the entire world. With such a balsy name what it should have been named is temporary production stoppage on mean looking weapons with bayonets and big magazines.

While the "ban" was in place you could buy the identical weapon in the used market for cheaper, because the market was flooded with them when the ban was announced

NOTHING in the ban other than magazines capacity had any performance effect on firearms.

If they plan on writing gun control legislation this would be the type I am in favor of, but it is a senseless waste of tax money.

So....since Mexico can't police itself, our govt should infringe on it's citizens? Hmm....nice.....now foreign countries can dictate policy to the US. Awesome!
