We will not intervene in Syria. Russia, China, and Turkey, have all warned against intervention and the region is not calling for the same support as they did with Libya. The French have already said no intervention without a UN mandate. UK has already said "nah chaps." Hill-Dog has already said we will not, McCain says its a no go. Any further western intervention especially in the Levant would really look more like western aggression as opposed to intervention.

I would however look more towards targeted drone strikes in Yemen assuming the president is ousted.
