At the end of the day, even if I get ambushed, a 65 year old man isn't going to kick my ass.

Busch is a race car diver! Not a boxer, pit fighter or and indian chief. He shouldn't half to worry about some guy (who prolly has 100 pounds on him) attacking him.

Nascar sided with Busch, he did no wrong. Childress should be reprimanded to the fullest.

Only a punk would attack a person much smaller then him.

Actually Busch ran into one of childress' vehicles after the race. He technically instigated the entire thing.

bumps happen in racing, its part of the game. Thats like saying fooball players should throw down after a penalty or two.

Umm, bumps after the race is over? We have penalties for tackles after the play is over in football also.

KB isn't innocent in this. But I really wish the old man had punched in his face a bit more so that he would have had a black eye or two.

Richard Childress was fined $150,000 on Monday for assaulting Kyle Busch, the latest incident in an ongoing feud between NASCAR's most polarizing driver and Childress' race teams.

NASCAR also placed Childress on probation through the end of the year, finding the team owner solely at fault for Saturday's incident at Kansas Speedway. The 65-year-old grandfather apparently approached Busch after the Trucks race, placed him in a headlock, and punched him several times.

Should make him hand over the 150,000 to Busch.

or to charity. Busch is free to sue Childress in open court and seek financial compensation.
