I like buying packs or boxes... something about the suprise. I have a ton of Topps cards. Jeremy Shockey, Mike Tolbert, Cam rookie, Pilares rookie, Joe Adams rookie practice worn jersey insert, and a bunch of dope players from other teams as well

Okay, so not Panthers related, but just had to share this one

I pulled it myself back in April, so I know it's real unlike most from this set you see that are faked. I then sold it, the guy had it JSA certified and then graded and then was having trouble selling it because nobody trusts this set anymore.

I'd been dying to get it back since it's the best hit I've ever personally pulled so we worked out a deal for it and I got it in the mail yesterday, LOVE IT!!! Easily one of his best RC Auto's out there if you know you have a legit one, which I obviously do since I pulled it from a pack myself.

As for why I was opening 2007 stuff.....

I was on my way to the golf course, needed singles for tips, stopped in at the card store and they had 2007 Jumbo Topps packs for $6 to clear them out, grabbed one pack to break a $10 and BOOM!!!!!!

So needless to say I'm hoping he breaks the record, but just barely and without scoring any TD's as I'm going up against him in my fantasy championship, lol

Thanks! I obviously think it's pretty sick myself considering what I paid for it, lol

I actually bought it off him, I didn't want to, but he was going to put it up for auction this week so it was ending after the last game of the year, and if he did, it would have gone for way more than I paid for it, and it would have gone to an AP collector to where I'd never be able to get it back so I just bit the bullet and bought it.

It is a shame how Topps messed up the TP's from back then, 07 did have the sticker, but people would just take them off of the crappy players and use it to fake a good one like AP. If it weren't for all those fakes screwing up the market, this would be an easy $600-800 card, maybe a grand or more if he breaks the record, hell..... it still is to the right AP collector who trusts that it's real

I was able to pick it up for $325, I sold it for $225 after I pulled it and it cost him $75 for the authentication and grading, so really in the end it was like I paid him $25 to do it for me, hahahaha

Just got the Stewart 2012 Certified base /100 in the mail today, and just bought the base /250 and another patch /5 from COMC

Just need the Auto /5 and the two black 1/1's to finish the rainbow now

You've got some nice stuff there though, I like that Smitty, I want to pick one of those up myself

I have a few more things that should be showing up over the next week or so that I'm looking forward to

But my favorite pickup of late isn't Panthers related, I just got a Juron Criner Strata Rivet in the mail a few days ago, that card is just straight nasty, coolest idea for a card I've ever seen

Just bought the Emerald Auto /5

It just popped up at .99 7 day auction, I immediately offered him more than the last one sold for and he changed it to a BIN for me, really excited right now.

Besides the black 1/1's all I need is the Base Mirror Gold /25 to finish off the rainbow

The Stewart showed up today, and the seller told me he was going to throw me an Adams and Kuechly in there as an extra, I never expected these to come out of the package, the Kuechly alone sells for more than I paid for just the Stewart

Now I just need to find that Base Gold /25 and I have the rainbow finished besides the Blacks
