I live/teach in the Midlands but I'm from the Upstate.

Charleston is overrated.

I've spent a lot of time in Charleston, and lived in Hilton Head for a couple of years.

I will never move back to South Carolina.

lol if you look at the river system pretty much every toilet in South Carolina flows into Charleston..

No but really i love that town.
