I have probably seen more 37 year old women than most here. In fact, I was married to a 37 year old woman for a year, and she looks fairly normal for a 37 year old to me.

Damned lie. Forget all of the "we're just shallow stuff", i know plenty of 37 year olds that do not look like that.

Granted, shes still a pretty woman, but she does not look 37.
