Groans were a failed experiment.

I assume "Groans" were created after John Kasay kicked it out of bounds?

If Rivera really thought he was that good something tells me he'd have been signed already.

Cromartie in bump and run coverage is money. We're going to have a very aggressive defense and I think he would fit perfectly in our system.

That being said, I doubt it happens.

I was very disappointed when I read that Joseph signed with the Texans, I really wanted him on the Panthers. But of what's left, I'd prefer Cromartie or Rogers, giving Cromartie the slight edge based on age. Either would be plenty acceptable.

Rodgers would come a lot cheaper and the drop-off isn't as much as people think.

But can he stay healthy?

We don't have enough cap space to cover his child support.

No thanks.

I remember when he was the laughing stock for the collection of clips of him dogging it....now he's everyone's favorite. Short memories?

Also not to sound like a noob, but is getting pie a bad thing?

Depends on who gives you pie. Some of the pie givers have been around the block a few times.

Pretty sure we will not have cap to get both and starting CB need far outweighs starting WR need.

I think we do have room.

If we sign Cromartie do we get each one of his kids as backup DB's too?

No, but if he gives them all tickets to home games, selling out BoA is guaranteed.

I rather resign Marshall than pick up Chris Houston.
