Cam? I'm pretty sure he never missed a single play all season. Hell, every QB is gonna get banged up a little bit during a season, whether they run or not.

Okay, stupidity wins out again.

Cam will not get hurt and running the option in the NFL is a wise choice.

Good grief. All I'm saying is that it has been done before, and that it may be something they can use on a very limited bases just to give defenses something else to to think about. I'm not saying that we should sign Paul Johnson to run the offense or anything.

My God Duke Robinson is a (large) piece of work. If that tub of lard doesn't see the field this year, I have officially lost hope for him. Oh, the potential.

Work your magic, Cam.

BTW, Cam will be running with the football, regardless of whether they run any options or not.

Are all the practices this year gonna take place at Gibbs Stadium? I prefer the other practice field.

Its football I wouldnt look at the option as been the basic offense "Please Dont Chud" but from time to time it will throw a wrench in a defensive coordinator playbook especially if the DE is crashing down the whole game he would get fug up.

Why do people think that speed = great runner.

NFL scouts thank you. Now they know that vision, strength, lateral quickness, etc. no longer matter. HEY just draft the RB with the best 40 time. Easy peasy.

Fact is that Cam has better vision than Vick, is just as good with his lateral movement, and is strong enough that he is going to be able to run through arm tackles.

But "never mind that show me his 40 time!!" says AL Davis

Exactly. That's why I found it so humorous when people said that Gabbert and Newton were similar in their ability to run based on 40 times.

There's a bit more to successful running than raw speed.

You are crazy if you think he has better vision and just as good lateral movement.

The only thing he has on Vick is size and when you are running the option that's not a good thing.

I forgot no one can be better at anything than Cam so I'll bow out now.

No. Most are scheduled to be on the regular practice fields. Subject to change, so expect a few to get moved to Gibbs.
