Basic Rundown.

-Says cams running ability is going to play a lot in his offense. Hopefully do it in the "right" situations and making good decisions. ( I like how he said, "right".)
- Asked if the evaluation process Improves when the players are in pads. "Definitely!", says it's a process and he learns from them mostly.
-Asked how the offense would differ. He said spending time with Coach Norv Turner, his philosophy would show.
-Questioned about Coach Rivera, about how he gets at guys who aren't doing things right, how he jumps down their throat. "Absolutely, the Intensity he had as a player, carries over as a coach.". He things those attributes are great for a head coach.
-When asked about Anderson, having that Pro Bowl year, that what was the difference, why did his number and stats fall? He kinda side stepped that question, said that they are better off asking him. LOL!
-Someone asked him if people make a big deal because he uses TE's. He said that they would use everyone. He said it was nice to see Shockey out there, that he's going to compete. "In this league, it comes down to match ups a lot of times. There's great WR there's great CB. Those TE's inside are tough match up. You put a LB on the, a Safety. It's becoming popular to have those type of guys. That you can play as a WR, block for you, and that are not afraid to get a little dirty.
