In a way I kind of feel for her. She had to kill so many cats and dogs when working at that shelter a long time ago, it obviously caused some permanent damage that therapy could not fully undo.

Still, WTF? Obviously no judge will allow this to happen.

Yeah, I don't see it happening either. But it's still wacko. I mean.... a human barbeque to remind people that flesh is flesh whether it be human or animal? All it would make me think is how crazy she must have been.
