Everybody and anybody who actually saw Armanti play in college knows what he can do. He is a tremendous athlete who is going to make an impact and not just as PR

Still hoping to eat crow, but I'm not going to until game time. And I ain't talkin pre season.

That said, he does look better, and I hope he continues to improve.

Well at least BruceBrewski and myself can start to serve out some crow since we were two of the very few that would still publicly support AE all offseason.

Was to easy to sit back and let the idiots over react last year to a player switching positions.

It was just a matter of time before they came around.

For Christs sake people...No one hated Armanti. They hated we gave up a 3rd and the #1 pick in the 2nd round for him. Oh they also probably hated the App Fanboys which did more damage to him on here than Armantis lackluster rookie debut

For Christs sake we didn't give up a third and second round pick, just the second.

I sure enjoyed watching him play well last night, and it's good to see some folks on here that wrote him off last year are now supporting him.

Just shows what a great athlete can do when he's a hard worker. I'm an App homer and I expected him to show flashes this year-- hopefully he'll continue to improve, and I expect he will. Some guys just have "it" and he's one of them. He's a playmaker, pure and simple.

Now if he drops an open pass or muffs a return we'll see how long it takes for the ol' Huddle boo-birds to come back out of the woodwork.

The problem is it was the 33 pick in the draft.

Think Drew Brees and Demeco Ryans as of late.

at the time, nobody knew it was going to be the 33rd pick.

If he becomes a starter in this league..hell, even if he becomes a reliable 3rd option, he'll be worth it.

I believe you and Zod both referred to 1AA football as "high school".

Let Cam Newton touch the ball 4 times this year, and then sit the bench the rest of the year, and he'll have a "lackluster rookie debut", as well.
