I don't hate my country. Just the idiots who put Obama in office.

I would have rather voted for no one then to vote for bush 3.

It can't be a tax cut if you don't pay taxes. Poorest of the poor, what a line, it's called welfare.

computerise healthcare records, extend federal unemployment benefits and boost healthcare funding for low-income and disabled Americans, that is where the 280 billion is going.

So I guess with computerized health care records we can kiss HIPPA good bye.

your capitalized nervous laughter shows your insecurity (and probably your sad realization that you actually have grown to hate our country).

Confident laughter...There is a difference...Frankly, I'm quite saddened that this country won't be recognizable in 5-10 years. It will never be what it was and will be quite weak...But this is the lib dream, so, congrats to you.

The first Bill was earmarked for a reason. I'll post a few of them here.

So in response to venom in another thread Saying He's done nothing good for this Country, with one Bill he's opened up an estimated 400,000 jobs in America, gave the poorest of the poor a 280 billion dollar tax cut, Gave money to improve public transportation in the future and to improve our overly porous electrical system. All that in one bill.

dude give me a break. he hasnt done a thing right in this country. under Obama, unemployment has dropped to depths we havent seen since 1983, the stock market has sunk down to its lowest since 1997, and every time Obama makes a speech, the stock market drops further. all the jobs obama wants to create are government jobs (which we all know why are worthless, not to mention each government job costs $400,000 to create, which is twice as expensive as a job in the private sector). In 6 weeks Obama has spent close to double what bush spent in 8 years, totalling more than 1-43 combined, while tripling the national debt.

Explain to me how a $280 billion tax cut on the poor is a good thing. All the money he is spending is going towards government projects, which produce zilch for the economy. However, he's doing a pretty good job of expanding the government and their role in your life. Ha. At this point its safe to say that Obama is a joke, has no idea what he's doing, and therefore, can no longer be defended.

Unfortunately, Meat nor Venom will ever acknowledge anything positive concerning Obama. Just because Obama's signature is on the bill that makes it no good and a gigantic mistake in their eyes. They are just blinded by their hatred and can't see the forest because of all the trees, it's a sad thing.

no, whats sad is you have no idea what youre talking about.

obama could single handedly pull us out of the recession and cure cancer, and you crybaby bitches would squeal about how evil he is. it doesn't take a lot of courage to hope for america's failure.

oh yes, the great messiah can cure all!

at least rodeo is here to provide us all with some quality comic relief.

But I will say this...If he DOES succeed...I promise to be the first to say I was wrong...So go ahead and keep this post to rub my face in it.

the question is succeed in what? creating the foundation for a socialist system of government? yea i'd say he's doing a pretty good job of that.

statistically, its impossible for the economy to get back on the rise with Obama's current gameplan, so obviously we all know he wont succeed on that.

if obama does succeed, i'll be the second to say i was wrong! too bad there's a 0% chance of that happening.

Do you just make a habit out of using opinion's and not using facts????????? I'm just wondering here. First of all, The 280 Billion tax cut is to improve medicare and so forth for those Americans who are disabled or can't afford to go to the hospital. All the money in every earmark ever made has went to government projects. I mean bush had one in one of his stimulus plans that increased a pork barrel project of some sort by 121 percent. While most of these are going to fixing roads and improving transportation or trying to fix our ancient electric system and trying to produce green energy. Do you have a problem with any of those???? You have stock in a gas station, that must be it. Geez.

Now onto the top part
Every thing in bold is wrong.

Ummm dude, get some facts first ok. The job Market before he got in office was already the lowest it had ever been. Heck last year alone it was at 10 percent.

I proved you wrong in another thread on the other one.

Obama is a smart guy. As such, I was expecting him to come to the middle to govern this country. Instead, he went over to Pelosi and Co. and lost me and everyone else on the right. It's his own doing. Now pull out your "Republicans just hate black people" card. Surprised it took you all this long.

By maintaining the America that I know and love...No, if he turns us into a socialist nation he will go down as the biggest failure ever...And I'll gladly tell anyone that.

hahaha. everything you put in bold is actually correct. trust me, i know what im talking about.

you act like spending $280 billion on the poor is a good thing. how old are you, 16? you have the logic of a high school student. oh and by the way theyre not "tax cuts," you cant cut taxes on those who dont pay taxes in the first place. its called welfare.

its extremely irritating arguing with you because you dont have a lot of basic understanding on why spending money within the government and its projects does not help to thrive the economy whatsoever.

you gotta stop believing everything you hear that Mr. Obama tells you. He likes to say that this is the worst our country has been since the depression but that has been proven by many to be a lie. The last time we were struggling economically like this was back in 1982, and all it took was Reagan lowering taxes to get us out of it. Ive said it a million times.

the only answer i can find as to why you are defending a lot of what Obama does is that you are a socialist yourself. either that or an extreme kool-aid drinker.

dude. you have yet to prove me wrong. everything coming out of your mouth sounds like youre repeating either Obama or your high school ELP teacher.

The massive military buildup and the contracts it provided during the height of cold war paranoia is what got us out of that economic slump. Whether taxpayer money provides jobs through the healthcare industry or the military it's still "socialist." You think trillions of dollars are dumped into the pentagon for defense? It's the economy stupid.

Its not quite that simple. 5 years after Mr. Roosevelt took office, we went through the recession of 1937, and in effect things were nearly as bad as they were in 1932 when Roosevelt took office. Its true that the military buildup that started in the late 30's got us out of the depressions, but it wasn't just the US military buildup that did it. The British, the Russians, the Chinese etc... were buying american weapons. One of the reasons for lendlease was that the british had spent nearly all their gold reserves buying US military hardware. Those nations were dumping a lot of funds into the US economy.
