So about 3 weeks ago one of the instructors at the Y started doing a 30 minute session of Insanity before her ab class on Wednesdays. Gotta say its crazy, but a great workout. Once you get past to the 3rd 'round' of sets you get tired. Hate I'm starting back classes next week because I won't get to take it anymore.

It kicked my ass, but thats what workouts are for.

Considering getting this.

I hate going to the gym, but I feel that I would be more motivated to do these at home.

I took me 3 times to stay motivated enough to get through 30 days of it but its worth it if your motivated.

Warning: the warmup is hard as poo for first timers.

What got me through it was to not look at the video and all the inshape mfers making it look easy.

Is this harder than P90X, easier or just too different?

I want 8% body fat! I wish my gym had classes like that..I wouldn't last 15 min at home by myself

I love working out at home because it takes less time.

Any chance a hubby or a boyfriend will join you? That always helps.

you're right about the time it takes..but the motivation is greater with a glass...My gym does have classes..I just need to stop being a scaredy cat and just go

as far as my husband goes...he's one of those lucky bastards that's tall and skinny and he laughs whenever I ask him if he'd go to the gym with me....he did say that he'd play racket ball though..

not sure about my boyfriend..I'll get back to you on that one :)
