I would play him the first half, and then let Jimmy have the 2nd half

As far as leaving the o-line in longer, I can't answer that question. To my untrained eyes, it looks like our C/RG/RT combination is simply getting physically overwhelmed. Extra snaps won't stop Kalil from getting pushed back into the pocket, and the same goes for whatever loser RG we trot out there. The problem imo is a lack of raw power, not so much confusion, or a lack of experience. So no, I would take the starting o-line out after the 1st quarter. The weight room might help more than anything (and roids) j/k.

I agree first half but all the starters should play it. They need the all need the reps with the new system.

Regardless of QB, I say let the OL and DL play the entire fuging game. They need it.

I'd like to see a half from each with significantly more from starting units on both sides of the ball as a result of how bad they've been.

No way you can pull him after just a couple of series. Kid needs as many snaps at or near game speed as he can get. He has got to improve significantly if he doesnt want to be an embarrassment in az. his goal should be 10 completions and he'll need at least a half to get there.

Cam needs experience as much as anyone. He needs snaps, snaps and more snaps. Everyone is at risk to get injured, you can't worry about that. It's not like he's Brady or Manning and if he goes out, our offense goes from being top 5 to bottom 5. He needs as much experience as he can get. Let him play.

If otah is back a half - Let's see if the Oline is better and how his footwork is with protection.

If not - a quarters

Maybe instead of focusing so much negative energy on Cam and using him as ur next scape-goat for the team's pathetic playing like u did Jimmy last season, u can just simply hope ur d-line will do their job and get back the ball instead of sitting there knitting while the opposing team QB have his way. Now there's a novel idea.

Pittsburgh isn't the Bengal nor Miami, they have a pretty darn good QB and team.

Football is 50% mental, 50% physical, and 50% preperation.

With that said, give Cameron a half, Claussen a half, and Anderson a half.

Whomever plays best starts week one.
