I'm not saying it isn't fixable, but I do think it will be tough to learn to ignore your instinct and natural ability to learn to trust the pocket. Not much to trust right now, I'm just saying that as he goes his footwork needs to vastly improve and as it does, so will his accuracy.

If he trusts his receivers and throws more timing routes instead of holding the ball he will be stepping into balls which improves his accuracy. Most all the back foot throws come when he is trying to avoid pressure and getting pushed backwards. At least in my opinion the footwork is a product of his real issues not the issue itself. Solve the real issues which as he articulated is trusting ( I will add learning) the system then the footwork will resolve itself.

If our receivers could get open it would make things easier. Olsen seems like the only one that can get open. Oh yea and it would help if the O line didnt crumble like a Jenga set on 90% of the snaps. I hope like hell they are just trying new things and will have a much better game plan when we get to AZ.

All in the hands of the QB coach. His responsibility is to fix those things and his past seems to say he can. TBH no one really knows but he seems to have the structure and desire to move past it.
