3-2 bottom of the 9th, 1 out 2 men on for Korea. Pretty good stuff.

I missed it, way past my bedtime. Plus I wouldn't watch in protest anyway. Baseball is America's Sport!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hahah I hear you. It seems like everyone from the MLB is playing for another team now. I am a Mariner fan, and the M's had 16 players on the WBC rosters, playing for Australia, Canada, Chinese Taipei, Dominican Republic, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Panama, South Africa, and Venezuela, but NONE playing for the U.S. it is kind of sad seeing that this is supposed to be Americas sport, yet we are the underdog every time the WBC is on. Whatever. They all come here to play, and it is a different story when the regular season starts.

Can't believe Korea pitched to Ichiro with 2 out and first base open.
Reminded me of Tommy Lasorda pitching to Jack Clark.

Yeah, they went off stats, Ichiro has been pretty cold during the classic, hiting .273.. but you can't pitch to him in a clutch RBI situation with first base open. He is at LEAST going to get the ball in play, so why risk it.
