Had to look them up and decided to share.
In order of likelihood and made realistic:

1. Shockey and Olsen will combine for over 1,000 yards receiving. (Actually on pace for 1442.6 so not even bold)
2. Smitty will have over 2,000 receiving yards. (and 200 will come this week)(On pace for 1800 so bold)
3. Cam will be the first rookie to throw over 5,000 yards. (He is on pace for 4764.8 so bold and the rookie record is 3,739 yards)
4. Cam will have over 700 yards rushing. (On pace for 552 ok bold)
5. D-Will and J-Stew will combine for over 2,000 yards on the ground. (On pace for 1364.8, either add Cam 552 or add their receiving 688 or not happening)
6. Naanee will have over a 1,000 yards receiving. (He is playing better and on pace for 451.2 almost good enough to play the 3rd receiver)
7. The Panthers will win the division with an 11-5 record. (1970 Cincinnati Bengals went 1-5 and made the playoffs actually 1-6 and won their division at 8-6)
8. Cam will be the first rookie QB to win the superbowl. (Or reach the Superbowl and the 3rd to win a playoff game)
9. Cam will not throw another int this year. (Tom Brady has the record with 335 passing attempts without an int Cam is on pace for 381.6 attempts over the next 10 games)

I don't think there's any way 3 happens.. our defense struggles against mediocre running backs and Peterson is actually quite good.

Damn... This team has people of faith hitting crack pipes!!

It's called a win.

If/when we lose next, the posts will be -

"FIRE HURNEY!!!!"
"FIRE MCDERMOTT!!!"
"OUR DEFENSE WTF!!!?"
"CAM IS GREAT BUT X PLAYER HAS TO GO!!!"
"WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR RUNNING GAME!!!"
"WE NEED A #2 RECEIVER!!!"

It's kind of sad how minute to minute the average football fan lives their lives.

Bold predictions?

1. Panthers win out
2. Super Bowl is changed to Charlotte
3. Cam Newton gets INTs erased b/c it's a joke to have as many TDs as he's going to have.
4. Cam Newton runs for 2000 yards, throws for 12K.
5. Steve Smith averages 16 TDs per game.
6. Dwill and JStew now tandem punt b/c they have nothing else to do.
7. Beason and Davis come back with robot legs.
8. Mare nails 2 70 yard kicks.
9. Naanee gets cut.

This is the kind of blind optimism that creates all of the cussing and histrionics on this forum after a loss.

no doubt. The OP's expectations are way too high.

be content that things are turned around here in Carolina. We have found the hardest thing to find in the NFL, a franchise QB.

No body wants to lose, including myself, but we aren't going to the playoffs this year. The better our draft pick is, the better help we can get for the defense. That is what this year should be about after going 1 - 5, but no-one wants to admit that, so go ahead and crucify me...

Next year is the year for high expectations. I can even see some of his "bold predictions" happening next year, possibly.

The rest, impossible.

you do realize how many yards per game we would have to put up to achieve those numbers right?

Actually not much more than what we're currently averaging. About 20 more passing yards per game or so. It's bold but very doable. Cam's only been averaging about 250 per game the last 5 games and the Jaguars game hurt him most, and that's not counting his 2 400+ games. So if he averages about 270 from here to the end of the season, he'll reach 5000. I can easily see him maintaining 250 per game and knocking at least 2-3 more out of the park for over 300 to get that extra 20 yards. Honestly he should be able to average 300 but it all depends on how much we rely on our running game and if we play from behind or with a lead.

Naanee prediction certainly is bold.

The interception prediction is crazy.

The rest...anything can happen. We can win out and could still make the playoffs by winning the division. We do have the ability and potential to win out but whether we do or not is a different story.

I really hope Smith makes 2000 yds. I know he is capable of it. This could be his opportunity to make the HOF.

I will give you 1,000 to 1 odds if you bet me $1,000 on this.

I'll give him a Bazillion to one.
