Yes, the Missouri Department of Homeland Security, which was created by communists.

Actually, it's the U.S. Department of Homeland Security ... and yes, I read that this initiative has been in operation for several years. I also read that Napolitano thinks it's a fabulous idea and will keep it going. She's the one, though, who does not acknowledge "terrorists."

If we can't call them terrorists, can we call them Fizzies?

constitution's about to burst into flames lol

constitution says you can only have guns if you're in a militia. so seems like you would like them broadening the definition of militias so more people can have guns.

The supreme court completely shot down that assumption last year and gave an interpretation of the 2nd amendment means.

no, the US Constitution states:" A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of the free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

YOU can translate the second amendment that way, or any way you like..regardless... the Supreme Court currently sees things a little bit differently, as it has left the overall translation to each state- each state may be as restrictive as it wishes regarding the regulation of firearms- and currently, I can legally own weapons in our state, militia or no militia.

and honestly, I'm not worried about the 2nd Amendment nearly as much as the GIVE Act.....:puke::leaving:
