I respectfully have to disagree with your calander. When you say that Rivera will score back to back winning seasons in his first two seasons, most people will assume you mean this season and the next...considering this is his first season as a head coach for the Carolina Panthers.
Now, if you meant to say that Ron Rivera will have back-to-back winning seasons at some point as the head coach of the Carolina Panthers....then yes, I agree with you.
edit: unless, of course, the "lockout" shortened offseason has lead you to discounting this season as a "full" season...in which case, you are completely correct.
