In the grand scheme of things...Enron was a molehill compared to the mortgage crisis.

congratulations that still doesn't address the awful comparison you made in your first post

It's okay, G5, your main point...that Emanuel is crooked as hell...was well taken. Fiz was molested as a child.

the republican attack machine and narrative control mechanism is so finely honed and better than the democratic version (of which there might as well not be one at all) that comparing the two is disingenuous.

there are reasons people still think the stimulus was full of pork, or that anything obama is doing is socialist, or that he's about to institute republican pogroms, or that he's demolishing middle america.

To think that one party is worse than the other is disingenuous.

i mean jesus i know that in some parts of the country "both parties are equally bad" counts as insightful analysis but even personal views aside if you really believe they're completely comparable across the board you have to be willfully ignorant of the civil rights struggle in this country

one of these parties is just merely incompetent and desperate to get elected and the other is an unholy chimera consisting of culturally prehistoric bible thumpers, war crazed xenophobic trotskys, and greed crazed anarcho-corporatists.

last i checked this isn't the ron paul forums though most people on here should go back to them.
