If something can be taxed, it should be legal. Simple as that.

I'm going to do everything I can, but I don't know that I'll be that successful.

I had a buddy about 10 years ago, who got arrested with a similar amount and owed taxes on it as well. He got pulled over for an expired tag and the cops detained him while they waited on a Dept of Revenue agent. They seized his Audi, as payment, right there on the spot.

Read the end of the "just got out of jail thread". I pleaded "no contest" to PWIMSD Marijuana. Reason being that I got a pretty good deal out of it, 18months of unsupervised probation.

They were using text messages concerning my legitimate website business, which is a registered LLC, concerning money and delivery times on projects, as evidence against me, among other things. Jury trials are always a crap shoot, more often than not, if you are offered a good plea agreement you take it because you never know how a jury trial will turn out and if you lose your sentence is almost NEVER suspended in favor of prison.

Yeah, I'm afraid so. It's pretty awesome especially after I already spent 10grand on attorney bills for my wife and I.
