Yep the taste is so much better.

We overcook our eggs in America especially scrambled. Next time you have them massage them in the pan gently to break up the yolk and serve them with some moisture left.

3 egg omelet

fresh bell peppers, onion, banana peppers, jalapeno, Spinach, basil and rosemary, all out of my garden this morning.

Heirloom Tomatoes from Key West

and Bacon

Also, I toasted some pine nuts

False, canadian bacon is just like regular bacon but it's a different cut, it's the back cut.

Country ham is cured completely different from any type of bacon. I actually used to work in a Country Ham production plant. Goodnight Brother's Country Ham, in Boone NC. I only worked there for 6 months though.
