Horrible, thankfully I've never had to deal with anything like that. I just don't get it.

I too was an ugly child

I gotta agree with HoF, this definitely needs to be investigated to the fullest extent, but a lot of the details of this case just don't add up.

If true, Fines is sick mother fuger who will deserve everything he gets in prison with a pedo tag, but the timing and details of this story just seem a little fishy.

And if this ball boy is lying, he deserves just as much punishment as Fines would get if guilty. Falsely accusing someone of a crime like this is almost as bad as the crime itself. Even if found innocent, the accused will never be able to live down that stigma.

When I was a kid our next door neighbor once claimed he was going to kidnap me. Last year I seen him for the first time in like 17 years and he was looking at me with like the most creepy look ever and said "Boy you sure have grown up" I had no clue who he was until my Mom told me he was a pedo who entertained the idea of kidnapping me until my dad had "words" with him.

^since we're talking pedo stories.

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (AP) -- Bernie Fine was fired Sunday by Syracuse University after a third man accused the assistant basketball coach of molesting him nine years ago.

"At the direction of Chancellor Cantor, Bernie Fine's employment with Syracuse University has been terminated, effective immediately," Kevin Quinn, the school's senior vice president for public affairs, said in a statement.

Boeheim backpedaled like hell today.

Apparently Fine's "wife" was getting in on the action too. She was only doing players but yet another layer...also begs the question why would they sleep with her? She give really good head? Were they paid??

Whoa.:puke:

Hard to read the transcipt of the phone conversation with his wife and think these victims are lying.

Also, Boeheim going with the not-generally-recommended approach of berating and accussing alleged victims of being liars and blackmailers.

Bold strategy, Cotton. Let's see if it pays off.

If anything maybe it will make some of these larger than life campus god coaches realize that they are not, in fact, god and should involve authorities when it is warranted.

Since everyone else is sharing their pedophile stories, I suppose I should share mine. My family and I lived in Rhode Island when I was younger, and there was an elderly man that lived next door.

I'll never forget the things Herbert said to me, nor will I forget the voice he used when saying them. He had such an effeminate, high-pitch voice that whistled when he talked. And he always looked the same: his frail old body adorned with a light blue bath robe, half his head covered in gray hair as he hobbled down the street with his walker and dog, Jesse.

I accidentally threw a baseball through his window once, and he punished me by making me do chores while he watched with delight. He later took me out for a fancy restaurant – of course, I didn’t know what was going on at the time and never told my parents.

Then there was that time, at my family’s garage sale, that Herbert asked if I was selling any of my clothes. Remember, this is an old man. Not knowing any better, I told him I had a pair of shorts. In that high-pitched, creepy voice of his, he replied back: “Sweet Jesus!”

When I had a paper route, he would wait for me every day to say lude things, like “You’re startin’ to piss me off, you piggly son of a bitch – call me!”

He even tried to lure me into his home with popsicles once.

ESPN needs to answer a lot of question on why they held onto this story for so long. To me ESPN is just the same a Joe Paterno. They had this tape and didn't tell the police.

More than a fair question.
