Coaches are meant to be intimidating? Thought they are used to teach, develop, and guide. Who gives a poo if he doesn't chew leather boots as snacks.

But the team takes on the personality of the coach. Then you question why we seem so undisciplined

RR sounds fine, and i guess you never heard Fox talk(sounds like high cali teen). but Tomlin interviews are great.
