Chico wayyy to calm and cool

RR sounds fine, and i guess you never heard Fox talk(sounds like high cali teen). but Tomlin interviews are great.

so what we see in press conferences is the way he is with the team in meetings and in practice.

brilliant observation there.

ever thought that he's a different way in talking to reporters than he is when he's conducting business with the players?

in the real world most people don't learn by being screamed at by an irrational idiot. but it makes for good movie football coaches so keep making threads bro

Rivera believes in praising in public and criticizing in private, it's why guys love playing for him - that kind of respect from the coach builds trust and loyalty.

I don't want my coach calling out players or screaming during press conferences. There's a time and a place for anger... but organized press conferences with the media is not one of them.

Hard to take anyone seriously who thinks what goes on in the locker room behind closed doors is remotely similar to how they act in a press conference.
