Reagan's only war was Grenada, and he turned tail and ran out of Lebanon, what a liberal pussy.

haha im sure gitmo is the exception to all of this right??

Prisoners of war my friend, no rights as citizens of this country, only question is whether their basic human rights are being violated-and it is still a question, no matter how much you wish every prisoner held there had been raped by U.S. soldiers and you had the photos to prove it.

When a huge scandal erupts in Saskatchewan, I'll be the first to ask for your take on the situation. This discussion, however...

They were not classified as Prisoners of War. the Geneva Convention was suspended unilaterally anyways. Maybe you should do minimum research on a topic before discussing?

No need to get fussy about it-if President Awesome has his way, those poor downtrodden freedom fighters will be coming soon to a Federal Prison near you. That way you can send them care packages and show up at visiting hours to do arts and crafts with them. I hear they love play-doh, when they can't get plastique. You never know, we might even free-range some of 'em...

Ah, yes, forget the fact that you don't know what you are talking about and predict dire consequences as a result of people not listening to what you don't know what you are talking about.

And what dire consequence did I predict in the previous thread? I might have agreed had you said "implied the possibility of dire consequences," but maybe I put too much stock in the ability to specify.

see your off topic already. were not talking about an isolated incident, what were talking about is that the former president of 8 years (the guy that your country liked so much that you kept him in power as long as possible) was so corrupt that he should be convicted for war crimes.

the thing is, its not like 1 or 2 people are debating this issue, this is global news...

Johnson's campaign was worse than Goldwater's.
