again?
Yeah.
It looks more & more like a traffic stop gone wrong/carjacking so hopefully it stops at two.

And this...
UDPATED 1:10 p.m.: There is another crime scene near the Duck Pond.
I think this is one where we have to wait for all the misinformation to get sorted through before we know what's really happening.

I'm a student here at Virginia Tech, and the shooting happened across the street from my window. I can only hope he's gone to a remote location and is trying to get underground. This seems to be an act of self-interest, since it started with the traffick arrest. But then he shot that innocent person he happened to run into. All I can say is that this campus has has its share of pain; it's fu--ed that this is happening just a few years after the massacre.

Dunno why second person was killed so far away. Didn't seem like a witness. The cage is giant too. Maybe stole a car?
They think it may be tied into a suspect from Radford, VA yesterday. The cop had a routine traffic stop and the guy shot him then fled to the cage parking lot and shot victim #2
It may be a suspect trying to flee

The second dead person was just the gunman committing suicide after he changed clothes.
