This episode had just about everything guys. The ending was looking a little 'too' perfect up until Walt was taking a poo. For some reason I want to believe that Walt had an extra reason for saying he was out. I also want to see how far away Jesse gets (if he gets away at all) before Walt calls him for help.

The last 5 minutes or so had me biting my finger nails in anticipation of the big finale. I just couldn't see anything coming in such a relaxed environment, and then once you see Hank go inside alone, you know he is about to discover something that will change the tone of the show.
Didn't even think twice about the cancer reappearing but it makes sense in the way Gilligan writes his shows. That scene will definitely fore-shadow something significant in the last season.
Can't believe we have to wait till next summer...

Am I the only one that felt the ending was so perfect that they could have just stopped the show right there?
Why? So much stuff left to be resolved.

It wouldn't have been a bad ending if it stopped when they were all just happy in the backyard, but the fact that Hank discovered that book just opened a whole new chapter to the story.
Jesse has to play a bigger role this next season too, there's no way he's out.

Was it a gun Jesse had already for protection from Walt?
Was it a gun Jesse was contemplating suicide with?
Was it in the bag of money that Walt gave Jesse? Perhaps the murder weapon Walt used on mike to set Jesse up later?

Maybe I wasn't paying attention, but where did that gun come from that Jesse slid across the floor when Walt handed him the money?

When Jesse saw that it was Walt at his door, he went to grab the gun before opening the door. I think it was more to show that Jesse no longer trusts Walt at all, and he probably feels like Walt will kill whoever he needs to at this point to tie up loose ends. This is a valid fear considering Walt went to the cafe and met Lydia with the intention of murdering her with the Ricin as soon as she gave him the nine names. She even suspected as much, but saved her own life by suggesting they ship internationally.

I know there would have been a lot unresolved, but the ending was just so damn good I thought it would have been perfect. You could kind of use your imagination as to what happened next, and maybe it could leave the door open for a movie down the road or something.

i'm not 100% sure that hank goes after walt. going to be interesting.
I haven't thought about that, but I could see it. Walt isn't clean in this either...his therapy was paid for with drug money.

As to whether of not Walts done:
I guess you’re always supposed to be guessing when you’re watching “Breaking Bad.” As Walt said to his wife in that last act, he said, “I’m out.” And we can either take him at his word or not. He is of course infamous for being one of the world’s greatest liars. But I tend to believe personally he was telling the truth when he told her that. Have we witnessed him cooking his last batch? Hard to say. I could be coy and simply say I’m not going to tell you. But on the other hand, we’re still working out the final eight episodes. My writers and I don’t completely know how it’s going to quite lay out as of yet. I’m not even sure of the answer myself. But it’s looking like he’s out of the business for sure.
