Did MSNBC have a brain for it to die?

No, and no one in its loyal audience does, either.

MSNBC is just catering to the looney left...I mean...they hired Ed Schultz. The reason their ratings suck is that liberals divide their allegiance between MSNBC/CNN/NPR/ABC/CBS.

I find it quite humorous when you call others looney

It is a funny sounding word. I just like the alliteration when paired with liberals.

I'll give you a moment to look that up.

Good question...but I wasn't an English major. Those tend to be liberals, teachers, and McDonald's managers.

What exactly do you want...want me to go through all the liberal programs/events that the parent company supports?

What makes a company being multinational exclude them from being liberal?

what, in your mind are the motivations of "liberals?" Why are liberals liberal? What do they gain from it?
