Title Game this week...Cam or Rogers?

5 posts in this topic

So i made it to my league Championship 2 years running now. I won it all last year with Rogers. My problem this week is that well during the draft I took Newton. With this being week 17 and the Pack have locked homefield adv. do I start Cam since rogers may ride the pine?

thoughts?

I don't like stacking players of the same team on one fantasy lineup. I've got Dwil and Steve Smith. I'd like to start both of them. I've got Santanio Holmes on the bench so I could swap them but i don't want to. I've got Starks (whom isn't a good option this week) P. Hillis who has the steelers this week and I just picked up Gerhart because AP went down.

I'll probably go with

Newton

S. Jackson

Gerhart

Stevie Johnson

Steve Smith or Holmes

Julio Jones

Celek

bench O: D.will, Hillis, Starks, Boldin, Olsen, V. Davis, A. Rogers.

Defense is set.

Go with Newton/Smith and don't look back. Avoid Holmes

Gotta go Cam. Really don't see any reason Rodgers would play the whole game if he even plays at all

    • With all respect, the issue with your premise, Nanuq, is an assumption on your part.  I'm not of the mindset that "Hillary managed to lose." Once you've committed to that belief, there are few avenues to explore with respect to the future of the party. While there were definite missteps and poor decisions her campaign took along the way, there were also a few outside factors at play which helped sabotage the election. Look, the DNC has to answer some difficult questions and they also have to decide how they're going to approach 2018 and 2020. Tom Perez, although I liked the guy in the Obama administration, I don't care for his role in the DNC and I'd prefer him as a sort of interim guy until they party charts its course. Ease up, Nanuq. They'll come around. Trump is gonna Trump and the DNC already has enough ammunition to get them through the next 6 election cycles.... provided they use it wisely.
