It really depends. Generally I'll have a song in mind before hand, so I lay the track down and attempt to piece the highlights together with the music. It didn't work perfectly here, but ideally it would turn out like this one did...

Edit: Forgot to answer the question haha. This one took me about 2 hours once I had the clips downloaded. Others have taken as long as 5+ hours.
