How do you figure this one?

We can build depth there but we need a starting safety. We just got hogan who showed alot of promise at the end of the season. Our higher draft picks would be better used on other needs than corner.

Just saying, how often does a safety have first round talent. How would you like to have an "ed reed" roaming the back field?

I liked what I read, but WTF was he talking about when asked about the coaching staff?

From what I read, I'm expecting faith from the FO in our offense (WR's, RB's, Otah and Shockey) and he wants to fug up Sherrod Martin

The way I read it he is only happy with the fact we are not as boring on offense.I certainly did not read any endorsements with the exception of Chud.

JR found the perfect way to say something bad about Martin without saying anything at all.

Otah's days are numbered.

He best get himself to OTAs in good shape and I suspect how he shows up in Feburary may impact what the Panthers do in April.

We as a league want high-scoring games because that's what our customers want.

I wouldnt rule out a WR, if Blackmon somehow falls to us.

But I really perfer we go defense.

I wonder if Martin will get a look at Corner at all, or if he's gone. That was his position in college.

What is it about Armanti that coaches and management alike seems to be so patient with him. The dude can't play, cut him already. If he's sitting behind Seyi Ajirotutu on the roster, he doesn't deserve a roster spot.

LOL, cause you know more than the hundreds of years of combined NFL knowledge and talent evaluation.

Oh yeah, you are just like me, just a guy.

It's one thing to have an opinion, but don't act like you know more than pros.

We can't have five starting receivers. There are guys known as role players, and before you say it.. I know that you should be drafting starters with 2nd rounders! (even though he was a 3rd rounder)

Just cause a guy is not as good as his draft slot does not mean he should be cut. He still has value to this team.

Didn't he also play safety a good bit in college? I'd like to see him get the chance at corner.

I know Martin's played poorly this year, but it wasn't long ago that he looked like one of our secondary's best, second only to Gamble. The poor defensive line play may have contributed to the secondary being abused, but Gamble had a decent year so you can't blame it all on the line.

I'd really want one of our Mid-priced free agents to be a safety.

Like a Byron Scott, Jim Leonard, Tyvon Branch.

Thinking Landry and Griffin will out price us.

I was thinking about this, maybe he and Munnerlyn should switch since Martin's better at playing the ball and Cap is more physical.

I don't believe Martin will be cut or moved yet.

I think he might become depth at both FS and nickle/dime.

I think we bring in a mid/low vet to compete and teach. Think Ron Edwards of safetys.
